Meaningful Spaces in care homes, hospitals, dementia care services …

We have visited some fabulous residential care homes, hospitals and rehabilitation services over the past years – owners, managers and staff wanting to add meaningful activity rooms and purposeful spaces – but what about the corridors? These are sometimes left painted, plain and uninteresting.

Often people living with dementia wander aimlessly along corridors – and whilst this is good exercise, wouldn’t it be wonderful to have interesting and meaningful material on the walls to enjoy?

Prompting long term memory is something we feel is paramount to engaging people living with dementia in meaningful interaction for well-being. Meaningful images can help residents, carers, family and visitors engage in conversation.

We have a wide range of meaningful wall art materials and can suit themes, colour schemes and budgets.
